Shelton Washington may seem like an unlikely breeding ground for great salsa, but one taste of "Salsa So Fresh" should put any doubt to rest. Made "So Fresh", flavorful, chunky, with fire roasted chilies and the perfect blend of secret spices, it loves up to its tag lines, "Taste it Once, Love it Forever".
As a family run operation we take great pride in producing a consistent, great tasting, flavorful product for our dedicated Salsa Loving Fans. Salsa So Fresh is made according to Randy's own hand crafted recipes. We use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients for each pint of salsa. Once you try our salsa, there's no going back! We must warn you however, that it is highly addictive.

Randy grew up working in a family Mexican restaurant in Mesa, Arizona. Once he married and started his own family he left the restaurant business. He had a craving for fresh salsa one day and went into his kitchen and made up batch of homemade salsa. Everyone who tried it raved about it. "You should sell it in the stores" they cried. At yearly Mexican fiesta fund raiser for our churches youth, Randy would cook up his special Mexican dishes and make his salsa. Everyone wanted to buy his salsa to take home with them.

The salsa seemed to be a bigger hit, so we began having just "Salsa Fundraisers". Randy's salsa fan base was growing and the encouragement changed to pleading. They wanted to be able to buy it on a weekly basis, not just a few times a year. Finally, in 2003 we took that step of faith and began selling it in the local independent grocery stores. In 2007, we started selling our salsa at the Olympia Farmers Market. We also introduced eight new flavors only available at the Market. Please stop by and say hi and sample all the flavors!
